Our Story
Going from an idea to a business wasn't an easy transition. So much goes into being brave enough to get started. Taking that "Leap of Faith" that it is the right thing at the right time.
The environment has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Being out in the open, in the mountains, looking at the stars, breathing in the quiet of nature is where I have always wanted to be. What you do, and what your passion is, is not always the same thing. So, nearing the end of my career in the environmental field, but not hands on, I decided to start my own business that might be able to bring people a little closer to mother nature. Even if it is just with a picture on the wall, or a soft cozy sweatshirt and a coffee mug that reminds them of bonfires and marshmelows. Nature is the solice that has kept me going during those times that you need "something". I hope I can give a bit of that to you with my little shop.
I am on a learning curve, so things will change as Echoes of Nature gets its feet and hopefully reaches a few people out there.
Mission:
As the belief is that all things are connected and the environment is suffering currently from many different pressures, the weather, encroachment, deforestation, climate change to name a few. Once this store is up and running, 10 % of the profits will be donated to environmental projects throughout the United States, and will be listed here, and sent out in our newsletter and emails at the end of each year so the followers can see who it is they are supporting by buying from our store.
